What should I put in my message?
The more we know, the faster we can help:
- what you were doing, and what happened
- the device you use (for example an Android phone, an iPhone, a Windows computer) and whether you play in the Android app or in a browser
- for a purchase: roughly when you bought Pro, and whether you bought it in the Android app or on the website
- for a leaderboard name: the board, the day and the name

How do I report a name on a leaderboard?
Choose Leaderboards or my name as the topic, and tell us the board, the day and the name. Names are checked by a filter when they are saved, and we can look at any name that slipped through.
How do I suggest a new feature?
Use the idea form on Suggest a feature. It asks which part of the app your idea is about, and the email address is optional.
