Why is the Google button missing or not working?
- Inside another app's browser (for example a social media or chat app), Google does not allow sign-in. Open mathworkout.app in your normal browser, or sign in with your email.
- "Google sign-in couldn't open here" means something blocked Google's sign-in: a pop-up blocker, an ad blocker, a privacy setting or a school or work filter. Allow pop-ups for mathworkout.app, or use your email.
- "Google sign-in didn't finish": try again with a good connection.
- In the Android app, closing the account list cancels quietly; tap Continue with Google again.
Why has my verification code not arrived?
Check your spam or junk folder for "Your Math Workout code". Make sure the email address on the Check your email screen is right; if not, tap Use a different email. Then tap Send a new code: you can ask every 45 seconds, and only the newest code works. Codes last 30 minutes.
Why does it say "That email and password don't match"?
Check the email address for typing mistakes. If you made the account with Google, it may have no password: use Continue with Google. Otherwise tap Forgot your password? to set a new one. See Sign in with email.
Why does it say "Too many tries"?
For your safety, sign-in pauses after many tries in a row. Wait a few minutes, then try again.
Why does it say "That email already has an account"?
Someone, probably you, already made an account with this email. Sign in instead, or reset the password.
Why does it say I am offline?
Signing in needs an internet connection. Once you are back online, the sign-in screen carries on by itself.
What if my browser blocks storage on this site?
Math Workout needs to save a little data in your browser. If your browser blocks all site data for mathworkout.app, you must sign in to play, and you are signed out when you close the page. Allowing site data for mathworkout.app fixes this.
