Terms of Service
By downloading or using Math Workout (the “app”, the “service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Using the app
Math Workout is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and education. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or cheat the leaderboards, or submitting unlawful or offensive content (such as a leaderboard name).
Accounts
Accounts are optional and used to sync your progress. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Pro upgrade & payments
Math Workout is free to play. An optional one-time “Pro” upgrade unlocks additional content. Purchases are handled by Google Play (in the Android app) or Stripe (on the web). Prices are shown before purchase. Refunds are governed by the store you bought through — for Google Play purchases, use Google Play’s refund process; for web purchases, contact support@mathworkout.app.
Leaderboards & content
Display names and scores you submit appear publicly. We may remove entries that are offensive, impersonating, or clearly fraudulent.
Intellectual property
The app, its artwork, sounds, and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Availability & “as is”
We work to keep the service running but can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that scores/data will never be lost. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We’ll update the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
