Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Workout Games & Education (registered in England & Wales, company no. 17283417; registered office 66 Paul Street, London, United Kingdom), the operator of the app.
By downloading or using Math Workout (the “app”, the “service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Using the app
Math Workout is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment and education. You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or cheat the leaderboards, or submitting unlawful or offensive content (such as a leaderboard name).
Accounts
On our website you can play 3 times without an account; after that you need an account to keep playing. In the Android app an account is optional. One person per account: please don’t share your account with others. You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Age
If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, you must have a parent’s or guardian’s permission to create an account. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s use of Math Workout, including any account and any purchase made for them.
Pro upgrade & payments
Math Workout is free to play. An optional one-time “Pro” upgrade unlocks additional content. Purchases in the Android app are handled by Google Play, and purchases on our website by Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase. Pro bought for an account may be used on a limited number of devices at once. Refunds and chargebacks remove Pro, including on devices that redeemed its code. For Google Play purchases, use Google Play’s refund process; for website purchases, contact support@mathworkout.app.
Website purchases are one-time purchases, charged in the local currency for your country. They are tied to your account and to the app you bought them for: Math Workout Pro and Math Bro Pro are separate purchases.
Leaderboards & content
Display names and scores you submit appear publicly. We may remove entries that are offensive, impersonating, or clearly fraudulent.
Intellectual property
The app, its artwork, sounds, and content are owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
Availability & “as is”
We work to keep the service running but can’t guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that scores/data will never be lost. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. We’ll update the date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
