Your progress is saved on your device, and in your account when you are signed in. Most "missing progress" comes from one of the cases below.
Why is my progress missing on a new phone or browser?
Progress only travels with an account. Sign in with the same Google account or email you used before, and it comes back. If you never signed in on the old device, the progress stayed on that device: sign in there first, then on the new one.
Could I be signed in with a different account?
Each account has its own progress. Open Settings and check the name and email on the Account card. Sign out and sign in with the other account if needed.
Where did my progress go when I signed out?
In a browser, signing out removes the progress from that browser; it is safe in your account and returns when you sign in again. In the Android app you chose to keep or clear it when you signed out.
What if I cleared my browser data or used a private window?
Clearing site data removes the progress saved in that browser, and a private window forgets everything when it closes. If you were signed in, sign in again and your progress comes back. Without an account, progress cleared from a device cannot be recovered.
Is my progress saving?
Open Settings. The Account card shows a sync line such as Synced just now. Waiting to sync or an offline message means it will send when you are back online. Sign in again to keep your progress in sync means your sign-in ran out: sign in again, and nothing on the device is lost.
Why are my Math Run coins or best distance missing?
Math Run progress, including coins, items and your best distance, stays on the device you played on. It does not move to other devices yet, even when you sign in.
