Does Math Workout try again by itself?
Yes. If part of the app fails to load, for example when many people share one busy network as in a classroom, the page reloads itself after a few seconds, up to three times. Give it about 30 seconds before you try the steps below.
What can I try when it will not load in a browser?
- Reload the page. On a good connection, a reload always fetches the newest version.
- Check your connection. Open another website to make sure the internet works.
- Allow site data. Math Workout needs to save a little data in your browser. If your browser blocks all site data or cookies for mathworkout.app, allow them for this site.
- Turn off extensions that block scripts on mathworkout.app, then reload.
- Update your browser, or try another one.
What can I try when the Android app will not open?
- Close the app fully and open it again.
- Check your phone's internet connection, especially if an update was downloading.
- Update Math Workout in Google Play.
- If it still will not start, restart your phone.
The app has a safety net: if a newly downloaded version cannot start, it goes back to the version built into the app.
The words are in English, not my language. Why?
On a very slow connection, Math Workout starts in English rather than keep you waiting, and switches to your language as soon as it has loaded. If it stays in English, check the language in Settings. See Change the language.
