How do I get Pro back on my Android phone?

Usually you do not need to do anything. Every time the Android app starts, it checks your Google Play purchases and restores Pro.

1. After a reinstall or on a new phone, make sure Google Play is signed in with the same Google account you bought with.
2. Open Math Workout.
3. To check straight away, open Settings and tap GO PRO.
4. On the Pro screen, tap Restore purchase.

I had Pro in the old Math Workout app. Do I keep it?

Yes. Pro bought in the earlier Math Workout app is restored automatically with the same Google account, and the app welcomes you with "Your Pro is active".

How do I get Pro back on the website or a new browser?

Sign in with the same account you used when you bought it. Pro bought on the website belongs to your account, so it appears on any device where you sign in. If your account uses an email address, confirm it first: the app asks "Confirm your email to restore Pro bought with it."

How do I use the Pro I bought in the app on the website?

Sign in to Math Workout in the Android app with Google, or with an email address you have confirmed. Your Google Play purchase is then linked to that account. Sign in with the same account on the website and Pro is there too.

What do the Restore purchase messages mean?

• No purchase found for this Google account. Google Play has no Pro purchase for the account on this phone. Check it is the account you bought with.
• This purchase belongs to a different account. Sign in to Math Workout with the account you used before, or contact us.
• This purchase was refunded, so Pro can't be restored from it.
• This purchase is already in use on too many devices. Contact us and we will sort it out.
• Purchases aren't available right now. Google Play could not be reached. Try again later.

What does it say when Pro is restored?

When Restore purchase finds your Pro, a card says WELCOME BACK! with Doc's "Splendid to see you again! Your Pro is restored, and everything in the lab is unlocked once more."

I have a Pro code. Where do I enter it?

In Settings, on the Math Workout Pro card, tap I have a code. See Pro codes and promo codes. On the website, Lost your Pro? Get your code emails the code of a card purchase to the email you bought with.
