There are two kinds of codes: your own Pro code, which comes with a purchase, and promotion codes that we sometimes give out.
What is my Pro code?
An 8 character code of letters and numbers that comes with a Pro purchase. If you bought Pro on the website, we email it to you once your email is confirmed. When you have Pro, Settings shows your code on the Math Workout Pro card, with "Enter this code on your other devices (or TV) to unlock there too." A code can unlock Pro on up to 2 more devices.
How do I enter a code?
- Open Settings.
- On the Math Workout Pro card, tap I have a code.
- Type the 8 characters and confirm.
On the website you can also tap I have a code on the Pro screen. If you are signed in, the code adds Pro to your account too.
What do the code messages mean?
- Codes are 8 characters. Check you typed all of it.
- That code isn't valid. It may have a typing mistake, or come from a refunded purchase.
- That code has reached its device limit. It has already unlocked 2 devices.
How do I use a promotion code on the website?
On the checkout page you reach from GO PRO on the website, choose Add promotion code and type the code we gave you. The total updates before you pay. A promotion code cannot be added on top of the one-time offer.
How do I use a Google Play promo code?
A Google Play promo code is redeemed in Google Play itself, not in Math Workout: open the redeem link you were given, or use the redeem option in the Google Play Store app, with the Google account you use on your phone. Then open Math Workout: Pro arrives when the app checks your purchases, at the latest the next time it starts.
I lost my Pro code. What now?
If you have Pro on any device, the code is in Settings there. On the website, Lost your Pro? Get your code in Settings emails the code of a card purchase to the address you bought with. Otherwise, contact us.
