Math Workout Pro

Pending payments and refunds

A pending payment unlocks Pro by itself once it clears. Refunds go through Google Play for app purchases, and through us for website purchases.

What does "Your payment is pending" mean?

Some Google Play payment methods take a while to clear. Until then the Pro screen says "Your payment is pending with Google Play. Pro unlocks automatically once it clears." You do not need to buy again, and Math Workout will not offer you Pro a second time meanwhile.

While you wait, Math Run, Galaxy Run, The Brain Cruncher and Mental Math Master already treat you as Pro. Everything else unlocks the moment the payment clears.

When will Pro arrive?

As soon as Google Play tells us the payment has cleared: while the app is open, when you come back to it, or the next time you start it. If Google Play has the payment but the app still says "Pro will unlock shortly", tap Restore purchase on the Pro screen.

On the website, some payment methods also take time. Pro arrives when the payment completes, and if it fails nothing changes.

How do I get a refund?

  • Bought in the Android app: refunds are handled by Google Play. Use Google Play's own refund process for your purchase.
  • Bought on the website: write to support@mathworkout.app or use Contact support, with the email you bought with.

What happens to Pro after a refund?

After a full refund, Pro is removed from every device and account that had it, and the app tells you once: "Pro was removed because the payment was refunded." If a payment is questioned with your bank, Pro is paused while it is checked, and comes back by itself if all is well.

Do I need to cancel anything?

No. Pro is a one-time payment, not a subscription, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing renews.
