You can delete your Math Workout account at any time, yourself, in a few taps. If you cannot sign in, or you never made an account, you can ask us to delete your data instead.
How do I delete my account?
- Sign in, then open Settings.
- On the Account card, tap Delete my account.
- Type your password, or for a Google account sign in with Google once more, and confirm.
Math Workout says "Your account has been deleted." It happens straight away and cannot be undone.
What is deleted?
Your account and everything saved in it: your progress, badges, best scores, sign-in sessions and settings, and your account's leaderboard player with its name and scores.
What is kept?
Records of purchases are kept, without your email address, because the law requires them for tax and refunds. Pro bought in the Android app stays with your Google Play purchase, so it still restores on your phone. Pro bought on the website belongs to the account, so it goes with it. See the Privacy Policy for how long each kind of record is kept.
Does deleting my account clear my device?
No. The progress saved on the device itself stays there until you clear it. To remove it too, uninstall the Android app or clear its storage, or in a browser clear the site data for mathworkout.app.
How do I ask you to delete my data?
Use the form on our delete your data page, or email support@mathworkout.app with the subject "Delete my data". Tell us your account email if you have one, and your leaderboard name. We confirm by email within 30 days.
In the app, when you are signed out, Settings has a Delete my data link that opens that page.
Can I reset my progress without deleting anything else?
There is no reset button in the app. Without an account, clearing the app's storage or the browser's site data starts you afresh. Scores already on a leaderboard stay there until the board resets; to have them removed, ask us as above.
